Appearance
Administration
Administration → in the side menu. Admin role only; see Accounts and roles.
Users
Create, edit and remove accounts, and set roles. Self-registration always produces a viewer, so this is the only route to officer or admin.
An admin cannot remove their own admin role — the guard exists so an instance cannot be locked out of itself.
Task history
What the background jobs have been doing: which ran, when, and whether they failed. The first place to look when data seems stale.
A failing job also sends a push notification, so a silent failure is unusual — but the history is where you find out how long something has been failing.
Backfills
One-off jobs that repair or populate historical data. Each reports what it would change before it changes anything.
Two exist today:
- GAC direction — recomputes promotion and demotion events for seasons recorded while the division comparison was inverted. It recomputes from the stored league and division rather than flipping the stored direction, so running it twice is safe.
- Guild events — populates Territory Battle and Territory War history from existing guild snapshots, for wars that were captured before the history collections existed.
Unlock visibility
Which units appear in the unlock-requirement views. A unit nobody is chasing is noise on every player and guild page, so the list is curated rather than exhaustive.
