Why is my guild's data out of date?

Guilds refresh on a schedule, and the page you are looking at may predate the last change. Use Refresh players on the guild page to pull every member now. See Data freshness.

Why does my history chart have gaps?

It probably does not. Snapshots are written when something changes, so a flat stretch means nothing changed rather than nothing was recorded. The count endpoints under Guild and player history will tell you which.

Why is a Grand Arena season missing its bracket?

Brackets can only be captured while a season is live. If the capture job was not running then, the season record exists but the bracket does not, and it cannot be filled in afterwards.

Why do I only see eight Territory Wars?

Because that is all Comlink keeps. SWGoH stores each war it observes, so the record grows past eight from the point your instance started watching — but wars that aged out before then are gone.

My old Grand Arena promotions look backwards

Records written before 29 August 2026 had promotion and demotion inverted. An admin can fix them with Administration → Backfills → GAC direction, which recomputes from the stored league and division rather than flipping what is there, so it is safe to run more than once.

Can SWGoH see my private data?

No. It reads the same public guild and player data any Comlink client can read.

Can I make SWGoH do something in the game?

No. There is no write path back to Galaxy of Heroes.
